Week 12

Welcome to Week 12 Blog

After a good 4 weeks hiatus, we continued where we left off in Week 7 on CADD and 3D printing itself. For this week, we focused on the importance of digital fabrication when doing advanced manufacturing. The class has adopted a peer teaching approach where each team was assigned a specific topic to research and then present it to the whole class as a "mini-lecture". After which, the class then did a short MCQ quiz on Blackboard to assess our understanding of 3D printing.

The group felt that this peer teaching approach that was adopted was really helpful for us to get the gear moving again, as we just ended the 4-week break. It was rather a relaxed session, however, that will not get in the way of our quality of work. The group will continue to push on and produce good content for readers.
